Stupid question time - ok, which log entry? The ones I posted earlier you
said were the wrong ones. What am I looking for? our POP and SMTP logs are
seperate so......
You'll want to look at http://www.declude.com/info/logs.htm .

You need to:

[1] Get the to/from and approximate date/time of an E-mail someone is complaining about,
[2] Go to the correct log file, and search it to find at least one entry related to that E-mail,
[3] Gather all the lines around it that have the same identifier.

The information at the URL above should help fill in some of the gaps.

Our DNS servers are 63.160.179.3 and 4. If that helps.
The good news is that those two DNS servers do seem to be working fine (although you might want to consider restricting access so that the whole world can't use your DNS servers as caching DNS servers, but that likely would not cause problems).
