The next thing to do is see if there is a problem on your server.

This is normal. IMail is going to the correct IP, and that IP is not responding. That's a problem on their end. http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/mail.ch?domain=postmaster@;primetimedirect.net confirms this.

You need to check a couple of the E-mails people are claiming problems with, to see if IMail is doing something wrong, or if the problem is on the remote end.
