I had a strange thing happened yesterday, all of our users mailboxes and folders were erased. Anyone know how this could have happened. We have 4K users.Have you checked the hard drive to see if the .mbx files are still there? I'll bet they are. Most likely, the "Top Directory" for your domain(s) got changed. If that isn't it, what exactly was deleted? The entire "users" directory (which would likely mean that someone used a GUI and accidentally deleted the entire directory)? Or are all the user directories present, with no files in them?
