That I don't know. For me, I tell BlackIce to allow/accept any IP's that I don't want it to block, it's very easy. BlackIce is basically a software firewall, so you tell it what ports you want to open and what you what IP's to allow or block. I have light usage so the extra overhead doesn't slow down the machine at all.
