You could use the Bat! http://www.ritlabs.com/ as just one example of
a mail client that can import from unix style mailboxes. Better would
be Mailbag Assistant from http://www.fookes.com/mailbag/ -  Or you
could write a program and parse it yourself - and some editors have
helper apps to do such things.
