Query for "store and forward," like I said.

Any  domain  hosted  locally  is  designated  for  local  delivery, by
absolute definition. If you get a little creative with your hostnames,
you  can allow people to send from your box without knowing that their
mail does not get delivered there (change the Reply-To:, et al.).
