I don't want to quibble but I've been asking why it is that I'm a spam
target; not maintaining that I'm not.

Sorry, my mistake.

I found the relay for addresses button and have enabled that and specified
my lone server as the address.

Does that do it?

That does it. :)

I would suggest going to http://www.dsbl.org and letting them know that you are no longer an open relay.

Should I disable the VRFY command and AUTH reporting?

I would recommend disabling the VRFY, but not the AUTH. Disabling the VRFY will make it slightly more difficult for spammers to harvest addresses off your mailserver. If you disable SMTP AUTH reporting, though, you may not be able to relay mail if you use SMTP AUTH (which isn't an issue if you are sending mail from the one IP you entered in "Relay for Addresses", but it would be an issue if you tried relaying mail from another location).
