In the Imail administrator go to the pop3 account you want to have receive the email and on the general tab you will see a field called forward. In that box type in .,[EMAIL PROTECTED] (replace the [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the email address you want to get the copy) What the ., does is that it keeps a copy for that user in their box and copies the email to another user or even several users all separated by a comma. That should do what you want it to do.

We have several companies doing that. Or am I just off base with what your question was? However, I was hoping that somebody has a better solution. I don't think the Knowledgebase solution is a very good solution if [EMAIL PROTECTED] also would like his/her mail copied to [EMAIL PROTECTED], since this solution requires copying all inbound mail to only one particular user. We use IMail version 7.06.
