I somewhat agree with your explanation concerning this. "It makes sense"
What I don't understand is this.. and please try it yourself.
I can not send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with our IMail 7.15 server.
[Just for the record -- this is not related to the "TCP RST" secondary MX issue, which is a separate issue]
The problem here is that hswcorp.com is broken. See http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/[EMAIL PROTECTED] . They have a broken mailserver that rejects E-mail. Any mailserver that can't reach their primary mailserver will have their mail rejected.
Whenever you have trouble sending E-mail to a specific domain, and you *know* the user exists, you can try the www.DNSreport.com "Mail Test" to rule out problems on their end.
