That is a message that is generated by the remote mailserver, so it's a
problem on their end.

These lines show that the remote mailserver accepted the E-mail, and took
responsibility for either delivering it or bouncing it.

You would have to contact someone at the remote domain to find out.  Most
likely, it means that the account doesn't exist on their mailserver.
