Why would that be in poor taste?  I would certainly not be doing my customers any favours not being aware of their options in this field.  Comparing IMail to alternatives seems like a good thing to me.  Clearly we don't need to troubleshoot alternative messaging solutions here, but comparing them to IMail, with the opinions of the braintrust here, seems more than on topic.
 
If it is inappropriate for this list, I will certainly respect that.
 
Oh, do I have to actually like IMail to participate here, too?

This is not poor taste it is just the truth, if they care then they will do some thing about what there customer�s are saying now and have been saying for years. Update they have been asked for takes years and still some never happen and if and when they do they do not work right (spam filter IN V8)
