The ideal solution is using multiple front-end servers in conjunction with
multiple back-end servers.  Such is done with IMAP/POP/HTTP proxies or
multiplexors.  Although I'm unaware of any that currently run on NT.

Len, got something cooking for IMGate?  How about IMFront or IMux?
