Our logs suggested the email was not getting handled by the server. They showed his
Outlook
performing regularly scheduled checks for email, and showed his successful efforts to
send
individual messages, but nothing else. (We do run anti-virus and Declude JunkMail but
I already
checked those.) I had him shorten the list of addresses he was sending to, and it went
through just
fine. I suspect his full list has some type of error. I'll get a copy so I can find
out more. Thank
you for your help!
