I have always had it set for "Relay for Addresses" with only my internal ip addresses inside the firewall listed. It wasn't a problem before, just recently it seems like more of these sites are coming up with new and more restrictive tests. The IP being blocked is 38.201.52.2. It shows the format of the test, but I don't completely understand it.
The problem is that while 38.201.52.2 is your IMail server, you've got another mailserver running on there, too.
If you did not intend for that, try disabling the Microsoft SMTP service (or whatever other mailserver you may have running).
If you did intend for that, you'll need to fix the non-IMail mailserver to not be an open relay.
