OK, now I am getting more confused. The 38. address is the outside of my firewall. I don't have any other mail servers running. If it is seeing the inside address of the IMail server, how is it doing that?

If you did not intend for that, try disabling the Microsoft SMTP service (or whatever other mailserver you may have running).
