Have a customer who can't receive mail from a particular domain...

nwindenv.com

This is the error message....

Remote host mail.ourdomain.com [xx.xx.xx.xx] closed connection in
response to initial connection:
> retry timeout exceeded

I have checked and can't find them listed in rules or blocked IPs... I
haven't run across this error message before.

Is the IP correct (as in, "Make sure that their mailserver's DNS server is working properly, and sending to the correct IP")?

Also, please double-check and triple-check the IMail SMTP "Control Access File" (the one that lists IPs that are banned), to make sure they aren't listed there.

Next, check the IMail SMTP log file to see if you can find their connections. The logs should help out in determining what is happening.
