When I run a dnsreport on the nwindenv.com it seems to come a little
slow.... but don't know.

Hmmm...

You've munged the information, which makes it very difficult to figure out what is happening. As a result, you've just said that you don't know the IP of your own mailserver!

The error message gives a date of...

Tue, 08 Jul 2003 11:12:37 -0700

But I can't find the that email address or IP in the log for that day?

You won't find the E-mail address. What they are saying is that they connected to you, and either you disconnected, or there was a timeout. So all you should see is their IP address connecting, and possibly a timeout message of some sort.

However, you'll need to know the IP(s) that they may be sending from, so you'll need to contact them.
