The only thing I can think of that would be a problem on your end is if you either blocked their IP address or their E-mail address. Have you checked your IMail SMTP log file to see if there are any connection attempts from them around that time? That would provide some clues.
The sender domain is capitalassoc.com and the MX record points to IP 65.118.41.71. We are not blocking the IP and the user is not blocking the e-mail address. The only records of that IP I can find in the log070x.txt file are connection to send capitalassoc.com a message. Is there another log i should be looking at?
What you need to know is the IP address of their outgoing mailserver, which may not be in their MX record. Given that it isn't, you'll need to contact them about the problem (either they will need to give you the IP address of their outgoing mailserver, or they will need to track down the problem).
