I've always used a minimum which is higher then any "runtime" value I have seen in-use. Max is only needed in extreme cases where usually it's only needed to make a memory dump which I'm not going to use anyway. If MS *ever* asks me to send them a memory dump I'll increase the pagefile on that specific machine for just that instance. > > Partition info? Ok, as I am running with just 1 partition as well, what would I need to partition on a server that handles just 2-3K msg per day? I am going to upgrade this week to a dual Xeon machine because I have over 1500 users which use the webinterface a lot. Disks are going to be RAID 1 36GB disks. I have been running 1500 users on a single 600MHz cpu for the fast 2 years. That server isa also running Declude AV.
