Title: Duplicate messages

I have users in a virtual domain that complain that they get duplicate messages in their pop client (netscape mail 4.77) the id's are the same and it is not everyday that dups appear. Has anyone else seen this and/or know how to fix it thanks. Imail 7.15 OS win2k
