I am having a few reverse lookup issues. One thing I need to fix is the Official Host Name on the General Tab of the Domain level properties. Is there a way to change that without recreating the domain?
Reverse DNS shouldn't be related to the HELO/EHLO hostname (the Official name of the domain).
Most likely, the problem is that the HELO/EHLO hostname that your mailserver is sending out does not have an A record ("madeuphost.example.com", for example). In this case, it would probably be best to just add an A record for madeuphost.example.com.
