There is no easy way with word filtering. Filter out all of the forms of sex
you can think of and if any more arrise add them. Be very careful because
false positives are very common.

For example I wanted to filter "f  ck" with a wild card in place of the
spaces. We were gett al lof of subjects like this for a while.

Well it causht legitimate email like the following "this is the dollor
amount of  check number" the extra space it to bypass other filters wild
cards. Notice "of  check" the wild card filtering caught this.
