If you customer is downloading the messages from the Mail Server into "Outlook Express (or) Office Outlook"
Get here to try doing this herself on her end, It will be a lot easier with her checking all the [sex] words
in here messages, then it will be for you to try to filter everything.
This will be a learning tool for here as well.
Point her to this link. And she can find out exactly how it is down in them 2 programs.
