How about a weight to the word sex and a negative weight to Middlesex, Sussex, and Essex? I've put a SMALL weight to the word sex. Then I have low weights on words like hot and anal and so on it usually adds up to enough to at least hold those.
Remind the customer that is someone is having a baby and someone wants to know what sex it is, or if someone is sending an article on the way your sex (gender) may affect your health and so on, the e-mail may not get through...
