As you may have noticed, I sent a plain text file to that mail box to check,
as using a word document can have other issues.

Some how, it is adding the mime header to the document.

So, it is not that it is scrambled, it is not reading the file correctly. I
believe this was an issued that was solved by a hotfix or upgrade or
something last year.
