I have installed and reinstalled all the hotfixes for ver 7.07. Does this sound like it may be an issue that was experienced and resolved in ver 7.15?
I was my understanding that 7.1 or 7.15 resolved this problem. But we were reluctant to spend the money on an uncertain resolution. Our Imail machine is only used as a backup.
