Is there a way to have imail8 anti spam not check from a domain?

I assume you're referring to IMail v8 anti-spam's whitelist? That is
really a "Content Filtering" whitelist, that only applies to the content
filter tests, not blacklists.
If you're referring to Declude JunkMail, the whitelist will force the
E-mail to pass all spam tests, so the behavior you describe should not
occur.
