Dear Travis, personal flames on the list are not needed. The question about the hardware was for that many users using web messaging, as web messaging is known to use server resources. During troubleshooting, we have to eliminate possibilities. Running web messaging on a PII 300, while completely possible and acceptable depending on circumstances, raises suspicions. While the problem was resolved by upgrading, the poster had indicated earlier on his reservations about upgrading, and therefore other possible issues were being examinied.
