IN my opinion, don't use the monitoring service at all that comes with
Imail.  For me, it caused more problems than it solved.  It also gave way
too many false positives.  Someone on here mentioned using a program call
Servers Alive when this first came up and I tried it out.  It is great,
highly customizable and you can monitor any number of services.
