I question IPSwitch's support sometimes. I got the standard NIC problem response because I am getting a bunch of the following errors in my logs:
20030817 003137 Socket Error - 64.81.120.66 Error while writing sockect due to error 10053 or malicious connection type. Now, I wouldn't have been so concerned if they would have stated perhaps your NIC is bad, however, they stated that I needed to replace my Intel Pro Server NICs with 3com NICs because Intel Pro Server NICs are not server grade NICs. I about fell out of my chair laughing.
