Hello,

I've been using Imail v8.0 for almost 2 months now, and although I have support agreement with IPswitch, I tend to call them only if I can not get a solution here on this forum. Many times I don't even have to post my question, it's enough if I keep reading/browsing the messages.

What I would like to bring everybody's attention is, that we all are professionals and the main reason of being members of this forum is to learn by asking question, reading and sometimes doing brain storming. Any other subject will have a distraction effect on most of us.

I don't use Declude, but if I open a message with a Declude solution (only), I don't get upset, I just click on the next message, it takes only 2-3 seconds to find out if this is the case.
(A message with a Declude solution is just another message that is not in my interest, like many other non Declude messages.)

But reading personal arguments about this issue is really distracting and disturbing and to be honest: waste of our valuable time. What can we all learn from a "Declude" message? Many of us a lot, many of us nothing. But it was put out there to educate us.

What can all we learn from flaming messages? Nothing.

Here is an idea that might help to solve this "keep coming up" conflict:

How about including the phrase "[Declude]" in the beginning of the subject line of all messages that contains only "Declude" solution to the current problem? So, sensitive folks will avoid clicking on these messages.

In any case, even if this idea will not be implemented, it would be nice not to get distracted by useless flaming messages.

Geza
