You're right on many accounts but don't get too upset at my company for
trying to make a living.  We have exorbitant hosting fees, database
licenses, lawyers, yada yada and doing this type of thing costs money on
many more accounts.

For a list of under 10,000 recipients that sends once a month, our way
is the only way.  For Chandni our system may not be optimally priced.
For her needs, she should look at developing and hosting her own
solution rather than pay a middleman at all.
