Relaying has nothing to do with delivering mail, it has to do with accepting
mail.

To delivery messages to other domains, you are using a SMART HOST, your ISP
mail server? That may be causing the problem, as those domains are doing
checks and saying the message is from [EMAIL PROTECTED] but it is coming from
server1.domain2.com, and domain2.com is not in the MX record for
domain1.com.

Why aren't you sending e-mail direct to the recipient domain?
