Thanks guys, I figured out my issue. I changed my DNS server and it
fixed the problem.

Relaying has nothing to do with delivering mail, it has to do with
accepting mail.

To delivery messages to other domains, you are using a SMART HOST, your
ISP mail server? That may be causing the problem, as those domains are
doing checks and saying the message is from [EMAIL PROTECTED] but it is
coming from server1.domain2.com, and domain2.com is not in the MX record
for domain1.com.

Why aren't you sending e-mail direct to the recipient domain?
