Have you checked the log files? Any errors noted?
Has anything changed on the DNS servers Imail is using? Like Joshua said, how many log files are in the spool directory? Hi all, Today, more than client called me complaining that their domains that are on our mail Server (IMail 8.0) do not send or receive. When I tried to send or receive from my account I found that the message does not arrive and also I didn't get any delivery failure response. I have checked the spool directory from the web interface using my administrator account, I found that it contains a lot of messages, and there is no pending items. I have found all the messages that I and my clients tried to send or receive in the spool. I have make a trial to empty the spool directory, so I cut and paste all the files from the spool directory under IMail to a new folder - to just help the system wake up- and restarted all the services, but no change. I found that after few minutes, there become a lot of messages again in the spool directory and nothing goes or arrives. Can any one help me, my email server still does not send or receive till now!!! (Note: I had to send from yahoo cause the above problem.) The strange thing that I note is that I found in the web directory while checking the spool directory that there are some messages have the [from] empty although we have the relay is closed [No Relay Response]???
