Another way to look at it, your PTR hostname being in a subscriber domain is is one negative criterion/negative weight.
... or 100% of the weight, for people using IMGate. :(
The trigger is half cocked, one more slip up by your server, and you'll be shot into block lists.
It doesn't work that way. You get into blacklists for specific reasons (you get in DSBL for being an open relay, for example). I'm not aware of any spam databases that include people because they have multiple issues.
