Communigate Pro (http://www.stalker.com/CommuniGatePro/) is supposed to
be real good, multi-platform product, it is a commercial product though
if you're looking for free (i.e. there is a license fee, but I think it
is free under a certain number of mailboxes).

If you don't mind using a separate pieces, Xmail server
(http://www.xmailserver.org) has integrated SMTP and POP3, and many
third party Webmail solutions, and some people have contributed how-to's
for adding IMAP and IMAP based webmail. The next major release is
supposed to have IMAP integrated.

Thanks,
