Thanks Eric, I spoke with a few people last night, and others were having problems with Hotmail. I checked hotmail from my bellsouth.net account, sent 12 emails, and only 4 went through till 8am this morning when I got the rest. Could have been something with the network here in Florida. Who knows.
Could you speak more about this Negative ACL? We are a moving business, and we have a program that sends about 12 thousand emails every 2 days. This is not spam, its a reminder for our customers. We even provide a link in case they don't want the program reminders.
