Here is an update on the spool getting large. Today, the spool has cleaned itself out. I then redirected my main domain back through Imail and then have Imail send it to Exchange, for Declude Junkmail and Antivirus. Within 5 minutes of this, the spool was building back up steadily and there were items in the overflow directory. I have since changed the routing of that domain back to Exchange only. The spool size appears to be holding steady at about 10 MB right now. Does anyone have any ideas as to what would cause this? Especially all of a sudden? I am running a trial version of Declude Antivirus if that helps.
Did this start happening shortly after installing Declude Virus? 175,000 E-mails/day is a heavy load for virus scanning, and would require a powerful CPU. Also, with that volume, you should make sure you are running the latest version of Declude JunkMail (1.75), as it is better optimized for large volumes of E-mail (where a delay of about 10 seconds per E-mail could cause the overflow situation).
I would recommend most of what John recommended -- using the Declude JunkMail debug mode briefly (for about 30 seconds), and then E-mail me the results (off the list). I can check to see if there are any DNS delays that could be causing the problem.
