I just wanted to thank everyone on the IMail Forum for their help with my
recent problem of the spool appearing to clog up. The problem has been
corrected, as everything is back to normal since about 2:00 pm with no
problems. The final solution was that I defragged the paging file on both
the Exchange and IMail servers, along with removing spam tests that were
running from in.dnsbl.org. These specific tests were DNSILLEGAL,
DNSMAILLIST, and DNSPROMO, so beware if you are running these tests using
Declude Junkmail. Once again, thanks to everyone for their help in getting
this problem resolved.

Daniel

Did this start happening shortly after installing Declude Virus? 175,000
E-mails/day is a heavy load for virus scanning, and would require a
powerful CPU. Also, with that volume, you should make sure you are running
the latest version of Declude JunkMail (1.75), as it is better optimized
for large volumes of E-mail (where a delay of about 10 seconds per E-mail
could cause the overflow situation).

I would recommend most of what John recommended -- using the Declude
JunkMail debug mode briefly (for about 30 seconds), and then E-mail me the
results (off the list). I can check to see if there are any DNS delays
that could be causing the problem.
