Do you mean IMail isn't receiving it (as in it never gets saved to the
queue, which could indicate a DNS problem), or that IMail isn't delivering
it (which could be anti-spam, anti-virus, rules, etc.)?

IMail never receives it - no indication in logs of any attempts to connect

No "MAIL FROM: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>" lines? If that's the case, DNS issues
or problems on the remote end would be where I would start looking.

I have had users do nslookup domain.com and it works fine

It seems blocked past the AT&T/Verizon Mail Servers...not prior to.

AT&T sends a connection failure notice 4 days later. Verizon goes to a black
hole.

You are correct -- it is *extremely* rare for outgoing E-mail to be
blocked. That would normally only happen if your IP was entered into a
firewall.

Have taken firewalls off even. Nada.

Have you tried entering your E-mail address in the Mail Test tool at
http://www.DNSreport.com , which points out most common DNS errors that
would prevent mail delivery from being reliable?
