shows that the sending MTA was getting
1) either nothing but 4xx from your MX until the msg's q lifetime expired,
or
2) could not establish an TCP/SMTP session at all with any of your MXs (corresponds to your absent log trace).
As Scott said, DNS, routing, firewall, network. something between them (works) and you (works) was not working.
