The "b" doesn't matter, attbi is huge abuser, they remain blocked.
<sigh> Starting in May, when you started this whole business of blocking with intentional collateral damage, you said it was because IPs that appeared to be residential shouldn't be sending E-mail. Now it seems that you've changed your mind, and will block anyone with any Internet provider that isn't fast enough to act on spammers.
Why not just use SPEWS (which does what you do, intentionally including false positives) or XBL? XBL alone will block 80% of your spam. It will catch perhaps 30% of your legitimate E-mail, but if you use that neat trick of saying "I Consider All E-mail List In XBL To Be Illegitimate, And Therefore Not A False Positive", you can block 80% of your spam with 0% false positives. <G>
Should I dig up that old post of mine that showed 10 things wrong with your E-mail, that someone might start to use to treat it as spam, using the "Block It All!" approach?

When whoever runs attbi stops the high-volmues of abuse from their networks, we will unblock their network.
It's OK if you want to block the world. But please don't encourage others to do so without informing them of what they are doing. You are making it sound like blocking attbi will not block any (or much) legitimate E-mail ("It's a spammer's network", "It's all crap", etc.). Rather than just trying to recruit people to join in your agenda without knowing what they are doing, EDUCATE THEM! Let them know *what* you want them to do, and *why*. With the "what" part, you won't mislead people -- and with the "why" part, you might even convince people like me. :)
