Experiment running dynablock and then my subscriber filter, from 00:00 through about 16:00 Wed, the total rejects for each filter:
first dynblock get the msgs:
62116 rejects for RBL dynablock.easynet.nl
If not blocked above, the msg is passed to subscriber filter:
41701 rejects for ACL subscriber network
Looks like dynablock has let quite a few slip through.
Do you have a list of the reverse DNS entries for the ones that ACL caught that EASYNET-DYNA did not? That should provide some clues as to where the problem lies (IE either EASYNET-DNSBL not having charter.net IPs listed, or ACL having hotmail.com listed).
You can see why RBL servers don't excite us IMGate people very much.
Ah, but when those DNSBL (RBL is just a single, very expensive test) tests capture some 99+% of spam, well, they excite us Declude people. <G>
