OK.  I haven't seen the EULA's.  Is the standard edition OK?  If so. what sort of 
issues are there with the licensing?  How many CAL's are needed ?  Does it depend on 
concurrent accesses of clients?  Total Mailboxes?  Is there another edition or 
licensing scheme I should be looking at?  Thanks again.
