Thanks for all the advice, yes i remember that mirror is better than raid 5, so i guess i am looking for a 4 drive 1U system 2 disks mirrored for the operating system and spool and 2 mirrored for the mailboxes.
or 1 for the operating system 1 for the spool and 2 mirrored for the mailboxes. I like the build it yourself plan, now i just need to find a parts supply house that has the right stuff.
