Suddenly notice that the server very slow and CPU usage very high, when check on the log files, found the following, what is wrong and what is all this send error 10054 mean?

10054 means that the remote mailserver disconnected. They are connecting and then quickly disconnecting.
http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/ptr.ch?ip=219.95.166.83 shows that this is a Malaysian IP with no reverse DNS entry. Most likely, it's a spammer, hacker, or some other undesirable -- you should block that IP on your firewall.
