I don't think we are to that point. Our business is selling sub sandwiches so we don't have "sales" people so a CRM solution may be overkill. The shared calendar/contacts would be for internal users, kind of like a global address book of internal users and distribution lists. I've looked at products like SQLView(now called TabTag) and they seem like they would do what I need (Outlook folders based off SQL Server tables) but they seem a bit pricey...maybe I'm mistaken.
