RHS is an anti-spam term that has been used since at least July, 2001, and was made up by someone other than me. It's a widely used term -- try entering "RHS spam" in Google, and there are thousands of hits.
I don't care who coined it or when, the "canonical" explanation is what I gave, everything else is, mostly confusing, unnecessary synonyms that need to translated into the canonical terms.
