Sorry...  I should have said "members of a particular list".

I need to manage the lists without manually logging in to webmail and
without having local access to the iMail server.  I've seen some website
control panels that add, edit, etc. users remotely by automatically logging
in through the webmail port, but nothing concerning lists.

Just edit the users.lst with your favorite ASCII editor.
